Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international portfolio of beauty brands seeking a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid social efforts. Based in Tel Aviv, you will manage core Meta campaigns while supporting Google, TikTok and other channels, driving growth within defined unit‑economics.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and pace media budgets, meeting CAC, ROAS and breakeven targets.
• Set up, launch and continuously optimize campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Analyze creative performance, generate briefs and collaborate with the creative team to iterate assets.
• Test ad copy, creative and audience targeting at high velocity, managing large creative libraries.
• Monitor daily pacing to ensure KPI achievement within budget.
• Provide data‑driven campaign analysis and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure seamless planning and execution of campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, preferably in ecommerce/DTC.
• Proven track record of handling meaningful media budgets and meeting specific ROAS/CAC goals.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and unit economics (CAC, AOV, ROAS, contribution margin).
• Sharp creative instincts and ability to translate performance insights into briefings.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment with daily optimization cycles.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills, able to defend recommendations with data.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
