PC Technician – Technical Support

About the role

COMBLACK is seeking a PC Technician to join its professional team. The role involves delivering technical support across the organization’s multiple branches and operating in a diverse, challenging technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting for PC hardware, software and networking issues.
• Maintain and configure computer equipment from leading manufacturers.
• Support the Ministry of Education software suite used by the organization.
• Document incidents, resolutions and maintain inventory of assets.
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure consistent service across all sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a PC Technician.
• Relevant technical education or certifications such as MCSE, MCSA or MCITP.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
• Experience working in multi‑site or complex organizational environments.
• Familiarity with Ministry of Education software and equipment is a plus.
