PC Technician – Help Desk & IT Support

About the role

The Mertens Malam Team is seeking experienced PC Technicians to join advanced Help Desk and IT Support operations across multiple locations in Israel. This position offers the chance to work in a complex enterprise environment, gaining exposure to sophisticated systems and technologies while building a clear career path toward System Administration Tier 2 and Infrastructure roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for PC hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user incidents in a timely manner.
• Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior IT teams to ensure smooth operation of enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
