About the role

Join a cutting‑edge AI project that needs your psychiatric expertise to create realistic, culturally nuanced case studies, evaluate AI‑driven assessments, and document clinical answers in both Russian and English. The work is fully remote, flexible, and paid by the hour.

Key responsibilities

• Build complex psychiatric cases drawn from realistic, culturally nuanced clinical situations.
• Evaluate psychological assessments and add expert annotations grounded in Russian‑language psychiatric practice.
• Write clinical documentation and case analysis in both Russian and English.
• Review and critique how AI systems are evaluated on mental‑health content.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
• Experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Russian‑speaking clinical settings.
• Fluent in Russian and advanced written and spoken English.
• Cultural sensitivity, ethical reasoning, and no prior AI experience required.
