Paid Social Marketing Manager – Remote

About the role

Growth Commerce is seeking a performance‑driven Paid Social Marketing Manager to own and execute Meta advertising campaigns. This remote position focuses on driving acquisition and revenue growth for e‑commerce brands through strategic testing and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and continuously optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Test new audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures to improve key performance indicators.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and profitability targets to ensure campaigns meet KPI goals.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative and broader marketing teams to develop high‑performing ad concepts.
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct‑response, and e‑commerce metrics.
• Experience handling significant monthly ad budgets and forecasting results.
• Proven ability to test and optimize large volumes of creative assets.
• Excellent analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent English, strong communication, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
