Operations Manager – Warehouse & Customer Support

About the role

LETSGO is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, procurement, and customer support. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure inventory accuracy, timely fulfillment, and a high‑quality experience for collectors using our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end physical fulfillment, from picking and packing to global shipping.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and secure inventory in the warehouse.
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers to keep product lines stocked.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand and trigger reorders proactively.
• Develop and sustain supplier relationships, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
• Act as primary contact for user inquiries via phone and support channels.
• Assist users with order, shipment, wallet, and platform questions.
• Identify recurring support issues and relay them to improve processes.
• Escalate complex cases and follow through to resolution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement, or a customer‑facing role, preferably in e‑commerce or a startup.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership of solutions.
