Operations Manager, Procurement & Logistics

About the role

A fast‑growing DTC e‑commerce brand is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to own procurement, logistics and day‑to‑day operations end to end. The role blends daily execution with process leadership, building automation, measurement and infrastructure that let the business scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply chain and daily operations: inventory, purchasing, orders, suppliers, shipping partners and 3PL warehouses.
• Work with local and international suppliers, including operational negotiation, SLA tracking and real‑time problem solving.
• Own and improve the operational systems (Shopify, Zoho CRM/ERP): automation, SKU setup, reporting and logistics data.
• Plan demand and purchasing against sales data, keeping inventory accurate across locations.
• Identify bottlenecks, build KPIs, and implement processes that enable scale and cost savings.
• Lead cross‑functional work with marketing, product and customer service teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce operations, supply chain, or operations at a retail or consumer products company.
• Proven experience working with 3PL warehouses, shipping companies and suppliers.
• Managerial and leadership experience.
• Hands‑on, execution‑first mindset paired with systems thinking and end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) and an analytical mindset.
• High‑level English, spoken and written, for daily work with international suppliers and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an independent working style, and real‑time troubleshooting ability.
