Junior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

ODDITY, through its fast‑growing beauty brand IL MAKIAGE, is looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Planner. You will support global sales forecasting, inventory planning and supplier coordination across Israel and the United States, helping to keep the supply chain agile and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory planning: translate global sales forecasts into supplier‑specific forecasts, accounting for lead times and transit.
• Inventory management: monitor daily stock levels, balance inventory across multiple warehouses, and keep ERP, WMS and BI tools up‑to‑date.
• Inventory analysis: conduct BOM analysis, profitability assessments and quantitative reviews of inventory positions.
• Supplier management: issue purchase orders, track production schedules, coordinate quality checks and follow up on payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (MBA a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
