Operations Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑oriented Operations Finance Analyst to drive financial visibility, forecasting and decision support across our global operations. The role partners closely with Operations and Finance teams, translating operational activities into actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models, planning assumptions and ensure data integrity across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Analyze actual performance versus forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Prepare concise financial and operational performance reports for leadership reviews and decision‑making.
• Partner closely with Operations teams to understand operational drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and improve recurring reports and dashboards to support ongoing performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a business‑oriented approach.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations and Finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
