Operational Excellence Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives. You will work closely with frontline teams and headquarters to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and profitability across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operational excellence projects across several units.
• Redesign business processes and organizational workflows.
• Partner with frontline and corporate teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable change.
• Define business requirements for information systems and support technology initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, build decision‑support models, and deliver measurable gains in cost reduction and workforce utilization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience leading Operational Excellence, O&M, or Business Process Improvement projects in a large organization.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results through complex, cross‑functional transformations.
• Hands‑on experience working closely with operational field teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in transportation, maintenance, field operations, or infrastructure environments is an advantage.
• Consulting background is an advantage.
