הובלת הפעילות השוטפת של המלון
ניהול וליווי מנהלי מחלקות ושמירה על רמת שירות גבוהה
הובלת צוותים ופיתוח מנהלים
מעקב אחר ביצועים תפעוליים ועסקיים וקידום תהליכי שיפור והתייעלות
