תפקיד ניהול תהליך התכנון בתשתיות ובבינוי, כולל תיאום עם אדריכלים, יועצים ומהנדסים, והבטחת עמידה בלוחות הזמנים וביעדים.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול תהליך התכנון על כל שלביות
תיאום שוטף בין אדריכלים, יועצים ומהנדסים בכל תחומי הפרויקט
מעקב אחר לוחות זמנים, הפקת דו"חות ובקרה על עמידה ביעדים
השתתפות בישיבות תכנון, תיעוד החלטות וניהול ממשקים בשטח ובמשרד
עבודה מול רשויות, טיפול בהיתרים וליווי תהליכי אישור

פרופיל נדרש

הסמכה כמהנדס/הנדסאי אזרחי או אדריכל – חובה
ניסיון של שנה עד שנתיים בתיאום או ניהול תכנון בבינוי/תשתיות – חובה
היכרות עם עולם הבינוי והתשתיות – חובה
יכולת ארגון גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
