אודות התפקיד

חברה קבלנית‑יזמית מובילה מחפשת מנהל/ת פרויקט בנייה רוויה לניהול פרויקט מגורים, מסחר וציבורי בעיר לוד. התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על כל שלבי הפרויקט, החל מהקמה ועד למסירה, כולל ניהול לוחות זמנים, תקציב, איכות ובטיחות.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול פרויקט בנייה מקצה לקצה, כולל מגורים, מסחר וציבורי.
אחריות על לוחות זמנים, תקציב ועמידה ביעדי הפרויקט.
ניהול צוות מהנדסים, מנהלי עבודה ועוזרי בטיחות.
עבודה מול קבלנים, ספקים ויועצים בכל שלבי הביצוע.
פתרון בעיות בשטח והובלת תהליכי עבודה מקצועיים.

פרופיל נדרש

תעודת מהנדס/ת בניין או מהנדס/ת אזרחי/ת – חובה.
ניסיון של מעל 5 שנים בניהול פרויקטי מגורים – חובה.
כריזמה, יכולת ניהול צוות ופתרון בעיות בשטח.
סדר, דיוק ויכולת עבודה תחת לחץ.
