נציג/ת שירות פרונטלי ללקוחות עסקיים בחברת אבטחת מידע Comsign, המתמחה בחתימות דיגיטליות ופתרונות הזדהות. המשרה כוללת שירות פרונטלי וטלפוני בסביבת עבודה דינאמית ומעניינת בתל אביב.

אחריות מרכזית

מתן שירות פרונטלי וטלפוני ללקוחות החברה
נסיעות לבית הלקוח והנפקת חתימות דיגיטליות על כרטיסים חכמים

פרופיל נדרש

לפחות שנה ניסיון בשירות לקוחות (כולל שירות צבאי)
מוטיבציה גבוהה, אדיבות ותודעת שירות
רישיון נהיגה
נכונות לנסיעות ללקוחות החברה
זמינות למשרה מלאה, ימים א'-ה' 8:30-17:30

כישורים נדרשים

יכולת עבודה בצוות
יחסי אנוש מצוינים
יסודיות
יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ
