About the role
Join Wolt Market’s core operations team in Modi'in as a Picker. You will ensure that every customer order is prepared, packaged, and ready for courier pickup quickly and with high quality.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and pick orders using the Wolt mobile application following a dedicated picking route.
- Collect, pack, and hand over products to customers and couriers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.
- Unload and arrange merchandise as needed to keep inventory orderly.
- Work in a fast‑paced, youthful environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proactive and service‑oriented attitude.
- Positive mindset suitable for a high‑speed work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) on a 5/4 schedule.
- Fluent Hebrew is mandatory.

- Hourly wage of 38 ILS plus bonuses up to 6 ILS per hour.
