Demand Planning & Supply Chain Associate

About the role

The Demand Planning & Supply Chain Associate will lead end‑to‑end demand planning operations for JTI Israel, ensuring accurate stock control, regulatory compliance and optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with factories, logistics, finance and commercial teams to translate market needs into reliable production forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control demand and stock requirements in coordination with factories.
• Develop and maintain an 18‑month production forecast for FABS and monitor purchase orders in line with commercial plans.
• Serve as the local point of contact for Quality Management System (QMS) communications, updating documentation and ensuring readiness.
• Lead all forecast‑to‑stock activities, aligning supply with market demand.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with logistics, finance and other stakeholders to support supply chain execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory or production planning; experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders on forecasting and stock control.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
