קצת על התפקיד למפעל מערכות מוטסות בחטיבת אלתא דרוש/ה מנהל/ת פרויקט להסבת מטוסי משימה. התפקיד כולל:באחריות מנהל המטוס לנהל פרוייקט בעל דיספלינות מקצועיות בתחום מטוסים והסבתם.מנהל המטוס צריך להוות דמות ייצוגית הנדסית מול הרבה מחלקות מקצועיות.נדרש ידע בתהליכי פיתוח של פלטפורמות מוטסות וברישוי אזרחי וצבאי שלהן. קיימת אפשרות בתפקיד זה לבצע הכשרת מהנדס מערכת במהלך התפקיד מה אנחנו מחפשיםבוגר/ת הנדסת מכונות / חשמל ואלקטרוניקה - חובה, אווירונאוטיקה - יתרון משמעותינדרש לפחות 5 שנים בתעשייה בעבודה על מטוסים או מל"טים בפרויקטי פיתוחנדרשת שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוההנדרשת הבנה בתהליכים פרוקטאלייםהיכרות עם תהליכי רישוי אזרחי וצבאי - יתרוןבוגר ח"א שעסק בתחום מטוסים והסבתם - יתרוןאולי יעניין אותך לדעת זהו תפקיד מאוד אתגרי שכרוך בניהול של פרויקט בהיקף של כמעט מאה מיליון דולר. הוא אתגרי אינטלקטואלית ומעשית. התפקיד מאפשר חשיפה להרבה גורמים בתע"א - החל ממהנדסים מהשורה ועד מנהלי חטיבות ואף מנכ"ל תע"א סביבת העבודה והצוות איתו תעבוד - הם עוד סיבה לקחת את התפקיד...
