חברת מבנה נדל"ן מגייסת מנהל בינוי למחלקת תפעול ותחזוקה - אחריות על כל העבודות בנכס משלב סיום הבניה - אחריות על כל התאמות הפנים של המשרדים - תמחור ופיקוח עבודות התאמה לשוכרים - שדרוג בניינים קיימים (חיפוי חדש, שיפוץ לובאים וכו') - שדרוג מרכזים מסחריים - תיקונים בבינוי בדגש על איטום ותשתיות - מעקב פרויקטים- בניית גאנט, תקציבים ובקרה תקציבית - שיתוף ועבודה מול קבלנים קיימים וחדשים - פיקוח ובקרת איכות - ממשקי עבודה מול אדריכלים , מנהלי פרויקטים ויועצים חיצוניים - בדק- סיכום בדק מול מחלקת הנדסה / קבלן מבצע דרישות: - הנדסאי / מהנדס בניין - ניסיון של כ 5-10 שנים בתחום - ניסיון כמנהל פרויקט אשר עבד גם בשטח - ידע וניסיון באיטום- חובה. הכרות עם תקנים - ידע וניסיון באקסל ובעבודה על תקציבים- חובה - יכולת ניהול עובדים ומנהלי פרויקטים חיצונייםקו"ח ניתן לשלוח ל Show more Show less
