Part‑Time Maintenance Worker – Evening Shift

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Worker to support its office operations at the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv. The position is scheduled for evening hours on an hourly, on‑demand basis, allowing flexibility to respond to the firm’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine operational tasks throughout office areas.
• Carry out routine maintenance activities in construction zones.
• Operate the Hoteling system to arrange workspaces and seating for the hybrid work model.
• Coordinate with employees and managers regarding workspace arrangements and related needs.
• Receive, manage, and follow up on service requests.
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the offices and help maintain a safe, functional, and well‑organized workplace.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical background.
• Willingness to perform light physical work.
• Very high service orientation and ability to work with various interfaces.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to work in a team, with agility and flexibility.
• High availability, especially during evening hours.
• Valid driver’s license.
