תחומי אחריות:בטיחות העובדים בצוות. ניהול תהליך רענוני הסחורה לליקוט ותעדוף על פי צרכי הארגון. אחריות על עמידה ביעדים של הצוות ושיפור מתמיד: שירות ואיכות. פרודוקטיביות. מעורבות, שביעות רצון ושימור עובדים. דיווחים שוטפים, הצפת בעיות וחריגות מהשטח למנהל המחלקה ולגורמים הרלוונטיים. ליווי והדרכת עובדים חדשים. קידום יוזמות והצעות לשיפור. דרישות:ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות בתפעול לוגיסטי. השכלה אקדמאית בתחום הניהול/תעשיה/לוגיסטיקה - יתרון. ידע ביישומי מחשב ומערכות מידע לוגיסטיות (דגש על ניהול מלאי). יכולת עבודה עם ממשקים מרובים. הבנה תהליכית ויכולת הובלת פרויקטים. נכונות לעבודה מאומצת ושעות נוספות ובמידת הצורך ימי שישי.
