Material Planning Analyst

About the role

Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to join its team in Modiin, Israel. You will be responsible for maintaining material and purchasing data, supporting supply chain operations, and ensuring accurate information flow across production departments.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and validate data accuracy, resolve integrity issues, and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts.
• Collect, compile, and present data from sources such as customer bills of material, PPV metrics, and supplier information.
• Create and maintain databases to support data collection and analysis.
• Track material financial performance, initiate corrective actions, and monitor RMA transactions.
• Generate weekly purchase orders, update item master records, and prepare packing lists for repairs.
• Support inventory control, commodity spend profiling, pricing research, and supplier score‑carding.
• Assist with supply‑chain risk management for new product introductions and PPV targeting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in materials, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Background in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
