Office Manager & Employee Experience Partner

About the role

Mend.io is seeking an Office Manager & Employee Experience Partner to join its HR team in Givatayim. You will own the daily office operations while shaping employee experience initiatives for both the local site and global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations of the Givatayim office, including suppliers, kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, parking and equipment.
• Manage the office budget, purchase orders and invoicing in partnership with Finance.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, handling sourcing, negotiation and quality assurance.
• Design and execute the annual welfare and engagement calendar (events, happy hours, gifts, swag) for Israel and global sites.
• Collaborate with HR to tailor regional welfare plans and support internal communications around company activities.
• Oversee operational aspects of onboarding and off‑boarding, including workspace setup, IT coordination and first‑day experience.
• Coordinate travel logistics for employees, visitors, off‑sites and conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, employee experience or people operations within a high‑tech or startup environment.
• Proven ability to support a globally distributed workforce.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent mindset with a track‑record of closing loops and delivering solutions.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and solution‑focused.
