NetSuite Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

DriveNets is seeking a NetSuite Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to own end‑to‑end logistics processes for its hardware‑focused business. You will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with multiple functions to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and actionable reports.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation and returns in NetSuite for a hardware‑intensive environment.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance and IT to design and implement NetSuite solutions.
• Lead logistics initiatives from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, training and adoption.
• Support serialized and lot‑controlled inventory, traceability, RMA/repair flows, and multi‑location/3PL operations.
• Build dashboards and saved searches to monitor inventory accuracy, order cycle time and logistics KPIs.
• Maintain integrations between NetSuite and PLM, Salesforce, 3PL/WMS, and carrier systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting NetSuite for inventory, order management, fulfillment and returns.
• Background in a hardware‑based, inventory‑intensive industry such as electronics, telecom or medical devices.
• Proven ability to lead system implementation projects through requirements, design, UAT and go‑live.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Serialized and lot‑controlled inventory management
• Multi‑location operations and 3PL management
• Reverse logistics and RMA processes
• APIs, PLM integration, Salesforce integration, WMS platforms (advantage)
• SQL or scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor (advantage)
