Medical Scientific Liaison – Biosimilars

About the role

The Medical Scientific Liaison will act as a bridge between Sandoz’s biosimilar portfolio and the medical community. You will educate medical experts on biosimilar concepts, clinical data and scientific materials, while supporting field colleagues with medical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with Medical Experts to provide education on biosimilar concepts and Sandoz clinical data.
• Identify and map key stakeholders, uncovering opportunities to involve experts for specific medical needs.
• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with country strategy.
• Provide medical support and training to field teams on disease areas and product information.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and perform safety, QA and QC checks.
• Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trials and support clinical research programs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• Strong scientific knowledge with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, data analysis or clinical research.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
