Medical Device Sales Representative – Central Israel (Shfela area)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to drive growth of surgical product lines in operating rooms across the Shfela region. The role focuses on building strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and medical centers, and delivering innovative surgical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of surgical products through strategic prospecting and relationship‑building with surgeons, operating‑room staff and procurement teams.
• Present and demonstrate Ethicon’s surgical products, highlighting features, benefits and clinical applications.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies and maximize market share.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the clinical support team to provide product training, handle inquiries and support surgical procedures.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an advantage).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare market and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Self‑learner with ability to quickly master clinical material in English.
• Willingness to travel within central and southern Israel, spending up to 60% of time in operating rooms.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
