Mechanical Technician – Maintenance & Service

About the role

The Mechanical Technician joins the Equipment Service & Maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of production and logistics equipment. You will plan, execute, and document routine technical maintenance, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and support installation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and carry out assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring proper documentation.
• Analyze technical problems on site and perform repairs according to established procedures.
• Execute ramp‑up, set‑up, and start‑up procedures to prepare machines for production.
• Assist Industrial Engineers on installation projects and provide technical support.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for processes and equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in routine technical maintenance within a production or logistics environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions, maintenance, and repair procedures accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for documenting work and interacting with engineering teams.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation systems.
• Understanding of ramp‑up, set‑up, and start‑up processes.
