Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Connecteam, a platform for managing deskless teams used by over 80,000 businesses worldwide, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. The role optimizes marketing processes and technologies, manages lead flow and analyzes marketing performance to drive conversions. The position is listed as hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).

Key responsibilities

• Lead management and sales coordination: own the lead lifecycle, track and analyze funnel performance, and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.
• HubSpot architecture and marketing automation: maintain database health, object associations, properties and field mappings, and build email nurtures, lead routing rules, lifecycle stages and list segmentation.
• Marketing analytics: analyze trends such as lead quality, demo completion rates and campaign performance to support data-driven decisions.
• Marketing technology and process operations: manage the tech stack, evaluate new tools, configure and onboard users, and collaborate with finance on marketing budgets.
• Team performance: set monitoring frameworks for KPIs and help sub-teams improve campaign execution and resource allocation.
• AI innovation: evaluate, build and deploy AI tools, custom agents and automated workflows, and train the team on AI adoption.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management or equivalent.
• Analytical, data-driven approach and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to plan and track multiple projects, manage several priorities and absorb new tools quickly.
• Autonomous ownership and proactive initiative.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Monday, HubSpot and automation tools such as Zapier and n8n.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GenAI tools).
• Familiarity with APIs and webhooks; lead management and pipeline reporting is an advantage.
• Plus: Google Analytics, Salesforce and data visualization tools.
