Marketing Director – Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, data‑driven Marketing Director to own and execute our marketing strategy, with a primary focus on lead generation and pipeline growth. The role works closely with Sales and Product to create demand‑generating campaigns that engage prospects and deliver qualified pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy, targeting lead generation and pipeline expansion.
• Plan and run demand‑generation campaigns across paid media, email, content, ABM, webinars and events.
• Produce compelling marketing assets such as website copy, landing pages, customer success stories, one‑pagers, campaign materials and sales enablement content.
• Own webinars, conferences and other lead‑generation programs.
• Manage and optimise paid acquisition, website performance, SEO/AEO/GEO and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales on target accounts, campaign execution and lead follow‑up.
• Track and improve pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC and campaign ROI.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance targeting, content creation and overall marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and pipeline.
• Strong English writing and content creation abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with paid acquisition, CRM/marketing automation, web analytics, content, webinars and events.
• Analytical mindset with a performance‑driven approach.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast‑paced startup environment.
