Marketing Assistant

About the role

Greenberg Traurig’s Tel Aviv office is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑paced marketing department. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience in legal marketing and business development across Israel and the wider firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing and business‑development initiatives for the Tel Aviv office and Israel‑wide projects.
• Draft, edit, and distribute marketing collateral such as press releases, seminar materials, client updates, and internal reports.
• Create visual assets for social media, firm events, webinars, and holiday communications.
• Maintain practice‑specific records and update the firm’s experience database.
• Coordinate firm events in Israel, including sponsorships, summits, seminars, galas, and webinars.
• Support external communications, including blogs, newsletters, alerts, and social‑media posts.
• Collect and organize materials for legal league‑table submissions, press releases, and internal logs.
• Conduct business‑development research and collaborate with marketing teams across the firm.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an international business environment, preferably within a law‑firm setting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑pace environment, follow directions, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Outgoing, socially extroverted personality.
