Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to build a second growth engine for a fast‑growing fintech that already serves over 2 million members. The role is fully remote and will focus on acquiring new users for the new Money AI product while safeguarding existing acquisition channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall growth strategy, manage the budget, and decide where to allocate resources for maximum impact.
• Identify and acquire new audience segments while protecting the performance of existing acquisition engines.
• Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging that drives user action.
• Run rapid experiments across paid social, search, newsletters, influencers, community channels, and PR.
• Take campaigns from concept to launch, handling copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting.
• Own funnel tracking, build dashboards, and continuously optimise conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience owning marketing campaigns and spend with demonstrable growth results.
• Hands‑on expertise in acquisition and experimentation, with a generalist skill set covering paid media, content, influencer marketing, PR, and lifecycle tactics.
• Strong fluency with CAC, LTV, attribution models, and conversion‑funnel analysis.
• AI‑first workflow mindset – daily use of AI tools and automation to accelerate execution.
