Maintenance Technician – Electrical Testing Equipment

About the role

Vishay is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its Migdal Ha'emek plant in northern Israel. You will work with an experienced maintenance team to keep electrical testing machines and production equipment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate electrical testing machines.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Carry out electrical tests on test machines and related systems.
• Support the maintenance department in shift work (12‑hour shifts, four days a week).

Required profile

• Practical Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Technician qualification or equivalent.
• At least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting (advantageous).
• Electrician licence is a plus.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
• Strong technical sense and hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
