Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain flow for a defense‑technology startup, from purchase order placement through material delivery on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end international import processes.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Select shipping methods, handle Incoterms and prepare international trade documentation.
• Monitor shipments, address delays and exceptions.
• Receive materials and verify compliance with purchase orders.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory levels, stock counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Process supplier returns and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Manage kitting processes and allocate material to the production floor.
• Ensure material availability to prevent production downtime.
• Track logistics KPIs such as delivery times, shipping costs and inventory accuracy.
• Operate and maintain warehouse management within the ERP system.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with international imports and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Experience managing warehouse and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Business‑level English, both written and spoken.
• Additional advantage: experience in defense, aerospace, medical devices or electronics; experience with Priority ERP; experience in a startup or fast‑growing company.
