אודות התפקיד

אחראי/ת משמרת מודיעין אחראי על ניהול ותפעול שוטף של החנות במהלך המשמרת, כולל הובלת הצוות לעמידה ביעדים, ניהול ליקוטים והזמנות, וטיפול בחוסרים ותקלות בזמן אמת.

אחריות מרכזית

ניהול צוות משמרת (מלקטים, מחסנאים, קופאים)
חלוקת משימות ותעדוף פעילות שוטפת
ניהול ובקרת מלאי בזמן אמת
קבלת סחורה ובדיקת איכות
שמירה על סדר, ניקיון ועמידה בנהלי בטיחות מזון
עבודה שוטפת מול מנהל/ת החנות ודיווח על נושאים תפעוליים

פרופיל נדרש

ניסיון קודם בניהול משמרת – חובה (עדיפות לקמעונאות / לוגיסטיקה / מזון)
יכולת הובלת צוות, אחריות ועמידה בלחץ
סדר, דייקנות ויחסי אנוש טובים
נכונות לעבודה פיזית ובמשמרות כולל סופ״ש
