Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading security company in Yehud. In this full‑time position you will support customer service by managing logistics, RMA processes, and import‑export activities while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RMA processes using SAP, CRM and customer service portals.
• Handle equipment receiving, identification, documentation and system updates.
• Coordinate export shipments, including deliveries, packaging, documentation and approvals.
• Follow up on import processes and international parts shipments.
• Organise transportation and internal deliveries.
• Work closely with Customer Support Managers, warehouses, shipping, finance and other internal interfaces.
• Prepare reports and analyse data using Excel and organisational systems.
• Monitor logistics processes, timelines and service performance.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service or supply chain.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, including service notifications and parts receiving/issuing.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
