Legal Counsel

About the role

Samsung Electronics Israel is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team at the Petah Tikvah site. The role will provide legal support, research, and advice to internal and global stakeholders across commercial and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to company departments and global stakeholders throughout all stages of commercial engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents.
• Support litigation management, including coordinating content and monitoring litigation status.
• Prepare and manage weekly, bi‑weekly and other ongoing reports to Samsung’s global headquarters.
• Assist legal operations efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• LL.B degree from a recognized institution and a valid license to practice law in Israel.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a leading law firm or in‑house legal department supporting commercial operations.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of consumer protection law, promotions and advertising regulations, spam law and Israeli privacy law is a strong plus.
