About the role

Are you an experienced attorney looking to take the next step in Capital Markets & Corporate Governance? We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Secretary Division and take part in key corporate, regulatory and business activities.

Key responsibilities

Corporate governance & Securities Law matters
MAGNA, TASE & ISA regulatory reporting
Support for the Board of Directors and its committees
M&A, related-party transactions & capital raising
Securities compliance and regulatory matters
Work with senior management, directors, regulators, investors & external counsel

Required profile

Active Israeli Bar License – Mandatory
3+ years of experience in Capital Markets / Securities Law – Mandatory
Experience with Securities Law reporting
Public company Corporate Secretary experience or leading Capital Markets law firm – Strong advantage
Excellent Hebrew & English
Strong drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills
