Learning Developer – AI‑Powered Digital Learning

About the role

QualityAI is looking for a creative, technology‑driven Learning Developer to design and produce AI‑enhanced digital learning experiences. You will own the full development lifecycle, from concept through delivery, and support video‑studio operations for learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI tools daily for content analysis, instructional writing, design, video production, assessment creation and workflow automation.
• Conduct end‑to‑end instructional design: analyse needs, define objectives, break down complex topics and create effective learning solutions.
• Write instructional content, scripts, microcopy, quiz questions and learning tasks.
• Design and produce digital assets, animated videos, graphic packages and supporting materials.
• Plan, film and edit learning videos, operate studio equipment and provide presenter support.
• Deliver periodic training sessions and offer ongoing user support for enterprise systems.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital learning development, instructional design or learning development.
• Hands‑on portfolio demonstrating AI‑enhanced learning assets, smart scripting and video production.
• Proven ability to develop end‑to‑end digital learning solutions, including writing, scripting, visual design and production.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI content‑generation tools.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with digital authoring and production tools.
• Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems, especially Open edX.
