Instructional Design Specialist

About the role

Join Check Point’s learning team to design and deliver high‑impact instructional solutions that help customers secure their AI‑driven environments. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend effective learning approaches.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders to transform technical content into accurate, engaging learning experiences.
• Design and develop scalable solutions such as curricula, digital modules, storyboards, assessments, simulations, videos, AI‑powered practice experiences, and performance‑support materials.
• Lead learning projects from discovery through launch, managing scope, timelines, stakeholder reviews, risk, and coordination with developers, designers, video editors and external partners.
• Define success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, engagement data and business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, digital learning or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and delivering engaging learning solutions in English for technical or complex subjects.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, performance consulting, assessment and digital learning design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple content‑development projects, manage stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

Required skills

• Experience with Articulate 360 or comparable digital learning development tools.
• Proficiency using generative AI tools for content analysis, development, simulations or personalization.
• Hands‑on experience creating digital learning assets such as videos, simulations and interactive modules.
