About the role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an LCM (Product Lifecycle) Hardware Engineer to develop and support hardware solutions for released HTC (Biosense) systems. The role focuses on transitioning products from development to production and improving manufacturing yield.
Key responsibilities
- Develop hardware solutions, write production procedures, and define manufacturing processes.
- Design, procure, and build production jigs, test benches, and related tools.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, customer complaints, and RMAs, including failure analysis.
- Communicate findings to R&D and provide feedback to enhance testing and production processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing, preferably in medical devices.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Hebrew.
Required skills
- Hardware development and production processes.
- Design and construction of test benches and jigs.
- Firmware, VHDL, and MATLAB (preferred).
- Circuit design and analytical reasoning.
