Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are looking for a talented Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer at the beginning of their career to gain hands‑on experience in capital markets, corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and commercial legal work within a dynamic public company operating in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic and immediate reports for regulatory authorities and the stock exchange.
• Support company secretarial activities and corporate governance processes.
• Prepare materials for Board and committee meetings, including drafting meeting minutes.
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters.
• Provide ongoing legal support on commercial and corporate matters.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a qualified attorney.
• Familiarity with corporate law and securities law.
• Experience with company secretarial work and public company reporting requirements.
• Experience in a Capital Markets department at a leading law firm and/or within the legal department of a public company.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in legal work.
