About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. In this role you will support business and commercial activities, providing legal expertise across a range of functions within a fast‑moving international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide ongoing legal advice to management and business units.
- Support audits and due‑diligence processes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of commercial legal experience, including contract negotiation and management.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Experience in the pharma or life‑sciences industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
