Junior Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist

About the role

A leading defense organization in Central Israel is seeking a Junior Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist to join its professional training team. The role is ideal for early‑career candidates with experience in training, system rollout or user support, whether gained in civilian or military settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group training sessions on various information systems.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new systems across the organization.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides and learning resources.
• Provide front‑line support to end users both remotely and onsite.
• Gather user requirements, identify process gaps and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in information‑systems training, implementation or user support.
• Military experience in related roles is highly welcomed.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual or one‑on‑one training sessions.
• Formal training or implementation certification/course (military or civilian) is an advantage.
