Junior Graphic Designer (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join a pool of Non‑Key Experts supporting EU communication outreach across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, focusing on creating visual assets that enhance the visibility and impact of EU policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print communication campaigns, including infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners and social‑media graphics.
• Support the visual identity and branding of campaigns in line with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, content managers and audio‑visual teams to develop engaging visual content.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital publication, ensuring high production quality.
• Adapt existing communication materials into different formats and languages as required.
• Design event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual communication products.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in graphic design, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in standard design software.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of general graphic‑design experience.
• At least 1 year of experience creating campaign visuals or infographics.
