About the role

Adnimation is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development professional to help drive growth in the fast‑moving AdTech space. You will be responsible for acquiring new mobile app partners and managing the end‑to‑end demand and supply operations that power our monetisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

Proactively reach out to, pitch, and secure new app onboarding and integrations.
Oversee, monitor, and optimise demand and supply workflows to maximise revenue.
Identify, acquire, and nurture long‑term commercial relationships with publishers and technology partners.
Understand technical monetisation needs of publishers and developers and present Adnimation’s solutions.
Track and analyse performance metrics to improve outreach, conversion rates and yields.

Required profile

Junior‑level candidate with a strong drive and “hungry” mindset.
Native‑level or fluent English, both written and spoken.
Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, data‑driven and proactive.
Comfortable discussing mobile app environments, technical integrations and monetisation flows.
