IT Support Technician

About the role

Flex is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its team in Modi'in, Israel. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and office printers while providing first‑line technical support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on PCs, laptops, and related hardware.
• Configure cellular phones to meet corporate specifications.
• Assist users in selecting appropriate software and install applications, patches, and updates.
• Manage printer supplies (excluding paper) and maintain printer functionality.
• Track physical and logical PC assets accurately.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify related network problems.
• Support the Network Administrator/Analyst with end‑user network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs.
• Create and deploy standard images for desktops and laptops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience with PC hardware installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to install and update software, manage patches, and configure devices.
• Strong asset‑tracking skills for both physical and logical inventory.
• Good communication skills for interacting with users and vendors.
• Willingness to work onsite in Modi'in.
