IT Support & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are hiring for several discreet opportunities in IT Support and Technical Support for leading organisations. If you have experience in Help Desk, PC, System or Technical Support, one of these roles could be your next step.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and OS issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, workstations and endpoint equipment.
• Manage users, groups and permissions in Active Directory.
• Work in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, including remote desktop assistance.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems and handle service tickets through resolution.
• Collaborate with System, Infrastructure, Networking and other technical teams.
• In some positions work with Entra ID, Intune, Azure, Exchange Online, ServiceNow and Microsoft Defender.
• In technical support roles analyse logs, monitor systems, handle real‑time incidents and perform health checks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support, PC Technician or similar roles.
• Strong background working in Windows environments and familiarity with Active Directory.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Service‑oriented attitude with good independent working skills.
