IT Support Specialist

About the role

Ox Security is building the future of cybersecurity for the AI era and is looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for internal help‑desk requests, ensuring employees have a smooth technology experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support for internal IT help‑desk tickets.
• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot hardware in a Mac‑dominant environment, also supporting Windows systems.
• Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, handling user identities, access rights and SaaS provisioning via JumpCloud and Google Workspace.
• Monitor and secure the corporate device fleet using JumpCloud’s MDM capabilities.
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot endpoint security software, specifically SentinelOne.
• Maintain clear IT documentation and knowledge‑base articles for end‑users and the IT team.
• Research and implement solutions for emerging technical issues and improve daily IT workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in an IT Help Desk, Technical Support or similar role.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong patience and communication skills in English.
• Self‑learner who can independently research and master new technologies.

Required skills

• Administration and troubleshooting of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace and cloud directory/identity platforms (JumpCloud preferred).
• Deployment and management of endpoint security agents (SentinelOne) and MDM solutions.
• Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, TCP/IP).
