IT Support Engineer

About the role

Navan is looking for an on‑site IT Support Engineer to join its Tel‑Aviv office. You will provide technical assistance to local employees and to Navan users worldwide, handling everything from onboarding new hires to troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote desktop support via ticketing system, walk‑ups, and remote tools.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain laptops and other equipment.
• Assist in selecting and procuring IT hardware, manage inventory and asset tracking.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SaaS applications, operating systems, and security updates.
• Manage user accounts, email addresses, and access permissions.
• Help users connect to the network, resolve connectivity problems, and configure VPN/Wi‑Fi.
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and maintain hardware/software inventory.
• Enforce IT policies, ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations, and support A/V operations for company events.
• Provide white‑glove support to C‑level executives and participate in on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Clear communicator who can propose ideas, make data‑driven decisions, and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• 4+ years in a customer‑facing IT support role.
• 4+ years administering SaaS tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom, Jamf, Intune, Cisco Meraki.
• Strong familiarity with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Expertise with Jamf for Apple devices and Azure/Intune for Windows devices.
• Proven experience setting up and troubleshooting A/V and video‑conferencing equipment.
