About the role
Join Club Med Resorts as a Kayak Instructor (M/W) and lead guests of all ages in safe and enjoyable kayaking experiences. You will introduce children and adults to the practice of kayaking while ensuring a fun, secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce children and adults to the practice of kayaking.
- Enforce maritime safety regulations.
- Be the guarantor of the service and promote the activity within the resort.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain assets.
Required profile
- Pedagogical with excellent teaching skills for beginners and experienced participants.
- Responsible, able to ensure smooth organisation of water sports.
- Passionate about helping customers discover, grow and challenge themselves.
Required skills
- Kayaking instruction techniques.
- Knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
