Industrial Engineer – Operations Division

Applied Materials is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its Process Diagnostics and Control (PDC) business unit in Rehovot, Israel. The role focuses on developing and analysing operational processes to drive continuous improvement and enhance productivity on the production floor. You will lead independent projects that optimise line design, reduce cycle times, run ROI simulations and implement new processes and infrastructure in a fast‑paced, low‑validity business environment. The position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority. Candidates must hold a BSc in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) and have more than four years of experience in industrial engineering or related operational roles, including project management. Fluency in English and a customer‑oriented mindset are essential. Travel is required for about 10 % of the time.
